SOUTH AFRICA COVID-19 CASES AND DEATHS SHOW NO SLOWING DOWN

South Africa’s COVID-19 cases and deaths show no slowing down. The Minister of health has reported over 13 000 new infections that were recorded in the last 24 hours as well as 85 new deaths. The national infections now stand at 364 328 and deaths at 5 033.
 
To date 2 471 747 tests have been conducted and 191 059 recoveries have been recorded.
 
Globally, there are over 14 million confirmed cases and over 597 000 deaths, according to the World Health Organisation (WHO).
