The Programme provides support to patients suffering from drug and alcohol abuse by giving them access to the best family practitioners.

The programme provides effective collaboration between family practitioners, psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

Members who qualify for this programme receive direct access to a Care Manager, and an individualised care plan to allow their team of healthcare professionals to manage their condition. They also receive relevant education and information including accessing community support groups.
