To ensure that SAMWUMED members receive the best quality healthcare, we go through a thorough process of selecting and approving our healthcare service providers (DSP’s).
This process look at amongst others:
- Ensuring that members can easily access the healthcare services in their areas or regions without travelling long distances
- Ensuring that the service providers have the necessary capacity so that members don’t have to wait for a long time
- That they have the necessary expertise or knowledge to treat members
- That members are not over charged for the healthcare services they receive
SAMWUMED has various service providers or DSP’s. They include doctors, hospitals and pharmacies. The service providers are updated on an ongoing basis. We encourage members to constantly keep checking.
