SAMWUMED staff and personnel are serving their members and other stakeholders with pride during the Coronavirus lockdown.
The Scheme has responded to the call by the President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa to continue serving its customers, whilst also ensuring the safety and well-being of its staff during this time.
As a national essential service, the Scheme has enabled its staff to be able to work from home and continue being productive by providing them with the necessary and required working tools.
To this extent, the Scheme is still staying connected to its members through multiple communication channels including: – Our Call Center, Website Chat, Mobile App, SMS mobile communication, and this e-newsletter Imbizo.
