Our Primary Healthcare Programme aims to deliver essential, patient-centred care that addresses our members’ everyday health needs. As the foundation of good health, primary care provides services such as routine checkups, preventive screenings, immunisations, and the management of common conditions.
By emphasising prevention, early detection, and health education, our programme aims to keep our members and their families healthy, empowered, and well-informed, making it easier to navigate their healthcare journey with confidence.
Benefits
Benefits available per beneficiary per year are the following:
OPTION A
- 2 incidents - Stomach pain, heartburn, indigestion (including reflux).
- 2 incidents - Acute gastroenteritis: vomiting and diarrhoea.
- 3 incidents - Upper and lower respiratory tract infections.
- 2 incidents - Oral and topical candidiasis: thrush/fungal or yeast infections.
- 2 incidents - Helminthic infestation: worms
- 4 incidents – Headache.
- 2 incidents - Bacterial conjunctivitis: eye infection.
- 1 incidents - Urinary tract infection (acute uncomplicated cystitis).
OPTION B
