SAMWUMED will be taking part in various Municipality World Aids Day & Wellness events from 03rd to 06th December 2019. These include the City of Tshwane, Steve Tshwete Municipality, Newcastle, Masilonyana Municipality in Free State and many more.
The objective of partnering with the Municipalities is to join the rest of the world in highlighting HIV disease and its impact on families and humanity in general.
SAMWUMED’s goal is to empower HIV positive members with information relating to ways of managing and living with the disease; and those members without the infection to stay negative.
The SAMWUMED team will be present in numbers to: – provide information on HIV as well as other diseases, conduct screenings and assessments and to respond to membership queries.
