Re: New Services and improved service delivery to our Members

Enhancing the quality of our service to you remains a priority for us. Commencing on August 1, 2024, we’re excited to launch new collaborations with industry specialists, aiming to deliver superior services that meet your needs as valued members. As such, we’re introducing the following added services:

 

  • DENIS is our appointed Dental service provider. Please call them on 0860 104 932 or email customercare@denis.co.za to resolve your dental services queries, confirm your dental benefits and submit dental claims.

 

  • Preferred Provider Negotiator (PPN) is our new service provider for Optometry. Please log on to www.ppn.co.za to confirm your optical benefit, check your claim status, submit a claim and find the nearest PPN Network provider 24/7. Alternatively, you can email your claim or query to PPN at info@ppn.co.za or call 041 065 0650, Monday – Friday, between 08h00 and 16h30, and select option 3 to speak to an agent.
  • Netcare 911 is our new emergency medical service provider. Please call them on 082 911 or email service@netcare.co.za in an emergency if you require an ambulance.
  • Tshela Healthcare will offer maternity services for the Scheme. Please call on 021 003 0256 or email samwumed@tshela.co.za.
