Conditions:
- Benefits are subject to Scheme protocols.
- Advanced dentistry is limited to Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB).
- Advanced Dentistry benefits are subject to Scheme protocols and pre-authorisation.
- Orthodontic benefit – To qualify for Orthodontic benefits a beneficiary must be younger than 18 years when treatment starts but may be older than 18 years while treatment is ongoing.
