On 1st May 2020 South Africa moves from Level 5 to level 4 lockdown.
Although there is relaxation of certain regulations, the government advises that all COVID-19 health and safety protocols must still be followed at all times. These include observance of social distancing, sanitation and hygiene, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment, like cloth face masks in all public spaces.
People may travel to perform and get services only where such services cannot be provided from the safety of one’s home.
Companies that have been allowed to operate during this time have to take into account the necessary directives outlined by the National Department of Health.
