GP and Specialist rooms authorisations
For 2020, an authorisation is required for minor procedures in the GP and Specialist rooms.
Kindly ensure that authorisation is obtained by Medscheme by contacting 0860 33 33 87
The following are the requirements
- Membership number
- Dependant code and Date of Birth
- Practice number
- Admission date and Discharge date
- Procedure code
- Tariff code
- ICD 10 Code
