Aid for Aids (AFA) would like to assure SAMWUMED members that it is working closely with various stakeholders to monitor stock levels of antiretroviral (ARVs) needed for effective HIV treatment.
To this end, it is engaging with drug manufacturers and distributors to ensure that there is adequate stock levels. AFA remained optimistic as 40% of ARVs are produced locally.
