PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist with receiving and dealing with calls in the Call Centre. Provide personalized service to our customers and service providers. To make sure their queries are resolved in a single contact.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Receive and handle general inquiries and queries received in the Call Centre.
- Answer 80% of calls within 20 seconds.
- Receive and handle 100 – 120 calls per day.
- 100% accurate logging of query while on the call or during the wrap up time.
- Attending Walk in and correspondence queries.
- Ensure that queries are referred to the Call Centre Team Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
The following are minimum requirements for the position:
- Minimum Matric/Senior Certificate or relevant NQF level 4 qualification.
- 2- 3 years call centre and claims experience in a medical environment.
- Proficient in Sotho and Setswana will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical aid administration systems.
- Call Centre Knowledge in a Client and Service environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Computer literacy is essential.
